Server crashed while I was asleep, if it says offline there's no reason to post about it but if it says online and you can't connect then post something. But I usually have it backup fast if it does crash.

Wie sieht es mit Haus Deeds aus , kann man die selber bauen?Mir kommt das auch bissl buggy vor das Menu , als ob da sachen fehlen (bin gm) . Vielleicht hab ich auch nicht das richtige werkzeug oder Material?! Gibt es dafür auch ne auflistung was man womit bauen kann?

What about House Deeds? Can you build them yourself? The menu also seems a bit buggy to me, as if things are missing (I'm GM). Maybe I don't have the right tools or material?! Is there a list of what you can build with?

300 Logs, 300 Iron Ingots & 300 Stone Ingots + Saw = House Part (craft houses)

300 Logs, 300 Iron Ingots & 300 Stone Ingots + Saw = Ship Part (craft ships)

300 Iron Ingots & 300 Stone Ingots + Smith Hammer = Deed Part (craft other deed type items that dont require wood like a guild stone)

Then each house for example has a certain amount of house parts required to craft the deed. I did the calculations and 1 house part is very close to the sell value of the resources required to craft it.
