Man kann keine 300 SteinErz und 300 EisenErz tragen , weil es zu schwer ist , dies bedeutet das man keine Deed Teile herstellen kann

You can not carry 300 Stone Ore and 300 Iron Ore because it is too heavy, this means you cannot craft Deed parts

Yup, that's true, players are meant to craft those somewhere they don't need to move (next to a bank or in a house with bank access) so they can load their pack with the resources, stand still and craft the house or deed part, the backpack can hold infinite weight you just cant move.
